Refund policy

All purchases made through Gaza: Beyond The Rubble, part of Banna Al Khayri Relief & Development (Charity No. 1214384) in partnership with Kites4Palestine, are treated as charitable donations in support of our ongoing humanitarian work.

As such, all sales are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unworn, or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@gazabeyondtherubble.com, including your order details and a clear photo of the issue. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return postage will be covered by us only if the error was on our side. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
